The Men’s Ministry at Calvary Baptist Church is dedicated to building Godly men who are pursuing a life focused on Christ. Today, men struggle with a lot of personal issues dealing with relationships, families, and finances. Through Bible studies, sermons and prayer, it is our desire that the men in our church will become equipped to be family leaders and they will develop into men of integrity and Godly character.
The Women’s Ministry at Calvary Baptist Church is dedicated to building Godly women through forming meaningful connections with the church and each other. It is our intention to provide opportunities for women to grow in their knowledge and relationship with God as they discover their God-given gifts. We are also dedicated to providing opportunities for women to participate in various missions as they utilize the talents and gifts God has bestowed upon them.

SENIOR ADULT MINISTRY
“Finishing strong” in the race of life is a great challenge for us all. Calvary offers many opportunities for Senior Adults to embrace life and continue to invest in promoting and growing God’s Kingdom. In addition to weekly meetings on Sundays and Wednesdays, our Senior Adults gather for monthly activities such as luncheons, guest speakers, day trips, and shopping sprees. Once or twice a year, the Senior Adults take overnight trips, as well. We welcome any Senior Adult who is looking for a place to fellowship and worship God.
We are a family and we will welcome you with open arms. Come and “Finish Strong” with us!
YOUNG AT HEART CLUB
The Young at Heart Club is one of our most active ministries at Calvary Baptist Church. This club gives senior adults, age 55 and older who are retired or semi-retired, an opportunity to participate in wholesome recreational activities. Membership is not limited to church members but open to the community. Through the friendships formed in Young at Heart, our members are able to develop a sense of belonging and happiness that extends to their families and friends outside the club. Through participation in the club, our members are given an opportunity to continue developing the skills and talents they possess.
We meet on the third Wednesday each month (except December) at 10:30 AM in the fellowship hall of the church. Our members enjoy a potluck lunch, fellowship, devotion and program. We have a day trip each month and one or two overnight trips each year. Comfort traveling is not a problem. We go as a group on the church tour bus. While some of our outside events do have a fee, we try to keep the cost at a minimum.
